Dear Maj Ido,

Please find attached a draft programme for the Indian College of Defence Management officers visiting Israel from 22-26 Oct 2018. We will need your assistance for the following three aspects of the visit:-

Visit of the team to Hatzor AFB on 22 Oct 2018.
Visit of the team to your college and briefing sessions. Also the briefings at Dadu Institute on 24 Oct 2018 (request confirm if you would be able to arrange lunch for the team on this day).
Visit to Black Arrow observation point & a short briefing there on 25 Oct 2018.

We would be grateful if you could please coordinate the above activities for the visiting team. If, for some reason, you are unable to do so, please guide us on how to go about it and provide us the POC details. If some dates are not suitable for a particular activity, the schedule can be interchanged.

The programme is tentative and can be suitably modified if you would like to propose any changes.
