Hi Ruth,

I’ve just had another query from Israeli Defence college. They asked if you could please confirm the cost of the hotel that you are paying for? It’s part of their approval process and they can’t get around it apparently. Please could you advise as soon as you have a chance, so that they can get their internal sign off?

I have just chased the Annex A from them – as soon as they return it I will pass it on to you. I’m just waiting for the email address and signature, so In the meantime, I have attached the information I already have for you.

There is no voucher for the hotel booking. My colleagues have confirmed the booking with the hotel as advised in the joining instructions. I have reattached for you.

He is already booked in so there is no need for a voucher.

Dear Ido & team,

I can now confirm that I have booked the flights for LTC Ofir Ben David so that he can fly to Cyprus for the SLP course next month– please see attached confirmations. I have requested flights in accordance with the guidance from my colleagues, to arrive by lunchtime on 7^th October and return after the course completes on 11^th October. I also requested a checked bag (max 20kg) each way.

I am still awaiting the formal joining instructions from my colleagues in Cyprus, but as soon as I receive them I will pass it on. In the meantime though, they have confirmed that they will book him in to the Hilton Park Hotel, Nicosia and provide transport to and from Larnaca airport, plus to and from official functions during the course.

Please could you pass this information on to LTC Ofir Ben David for me and confirm he has received it?
