Please see attached joining instructions & course programme for Lt Col Ben David to attend the SLP next month, along with the ticket receipt for the 1^st flight (Arkia) – our booking agent said they issue the ticket for this airline themselves so there is no additional e-ticket issued by the airline.

 

Please note that they also advised that for Arkia flights from Israel there is no online check in available (only at the terminal), but with Cobalt air (return journey) he can check in online from 48hrs before the flight until 4 hours before the flight. It is also worth checking the flights times before he sets off for the airport.

 

Please note that I have partially completed Annex A (within the joining instructions) for Lt Col Ben David with his name and flight details; however please could you ask him to complete the remainder of the form and return to me? I have highlighted the parts in yellow.

 

I would be grateful if you could pass on all the attachments and information above to him and return the Annex A to me. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
