You are completely right, although our booking company sent the reservation summary, they hadn’t sent me the e-ticket for the outbound flight on 7^th , so I have just called them and asked them to email it to me – apologies for the confusion. As soon as it comes though I will send it on.

Dear Ido & team,

I can now confirm that I have booked the flights for LTC Ofir Ben David so that he can fly to Cyprus for the SLP course next month– please see attached confirmations. I have requested flights in accordance with the guidance from my colleagues, to arrive by lunchtime on 7^th October and return after the course completes on 11^th October. I also requested a checked bag (max 20kg) each way.

I am still awaiting the formal joining instructions from my colleagues in Cyprus, but as soon as I receive them I will pass it on. In the meantime though, they have confirmed that they will book him in to the Hilton Park Hotel, Nicosia and provide transport to and from Larnaca airport, plus to and from official functions during the course.

Please could you pass this information on to LTC Ofir Ben David for me and confirm he has received it?
