I hope all is well. Congratulations on your promotion. I wish we could have been there to help celebrate.
I am writing to ask if you might be able to help us out with an issue. We are still being charged for our cellphone service. We cancelled the service on July 17 before leaving and received an email confirmation on July 23; however, we just received a new bill for services from July-Aug. Is there any way you might be able to help us ensure the account is closed and we aren't billed anymore? We tried chatting online, but we couldn't get anyone to answer us in English - I know, we should have learned more Hebrew.
