After many discussions with the MOD, MFA, Ministry of the Interior and the J5,
attached is the process needed for the visa application. the process itself dose not take more than 3 days.
Attached are all of the papers needed for a student visa,
you will need 2 passport pictures, the request to switch the visa to B1, and the letter I have attached.
the cost of it with the Minstry of the Intirior is 350 nis.
all of the papers + pictures + passport should be passed to Mayan Oren from the MOD, he will present it to the ministry of the intirior and bring back the Passports after they are ready.
