Dear Mr. Waxman,
We finally confirm that Mr. Alexey Drobinin, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the State of Israel, will deliver a lecture at INDC on the 7th of June, 2017.
I will accompany him.
Several questions:
1. Should we send you our ID numbers?
2. Should we tell you our vehicle number for a parking permit ?
Respectfully,
Dmitry Alushkin

Thank you very much for your reply and please thank Mr. Drobinin for accepting our invitation.
As for your questions:
1. the audience will consist of our 42 students of class 44 of the INDC – about half are from the Israeli military (most are Colonels) and the others are representatives of other governments ministries (MFA etc.) and 7 international students from India, Germany, USA, Singapore, Canada and Brasil
2. We would be happy if MR. Drobinin can lecture in Hebrew (there will be translation for the international students). all in all we have one hour so MR. Drobinin can speak for about 30 minutes and leave the rest of the time for questions.
3. I suggest the lecture will cover mainly the Russian view on our bilateral relations and on the situation in the Middle-East . We would also like to hear if there is time about Russia's foreign policy in other regions (Europe etc.)
4. The lecture will take place in our base (Dayan Camp), in Herzlyia. We ill contact you prior to the event about the travel arrangements.
I hope I've answered your questions. Please don’t hesitate if you have any more questions and I am waiting for your final confirmation.
Respectfully,
Haim Waxman
