As promised, please find an preliminary paper discussing the possibility of conducting an academic workshop with the National Defense College. This is just to start the ball rolling, and allow us to have a conversation about structure, content and potential invitees. Everything is on the table, and I look forward to the opportunity to discuss this project further with you.

I do hope this email finds you all well, and that the visit to the US was (or is) fruitful and interesting. I am simply writing to say that we are in the midst of preparing a preliminary paper that would delineate the main features of the discussed project.
