It was very nice meeting you last week.. We had a wonderful time at your Hotel and we are looking forward to coming back with the big group on May 14th – 17th.

I have a personal request – I am planning to arrive in Washington DC 2 nights before the group (it takes me time to adjust to the local time… ). I will arrive on Friday May 12th and I want to reserve a room for me that I will pay separately from the group. Do you think you get get me a fair rate for those 2 nights?
