מתן,

נראה לי הכי נכון. זה משהו שאתה יכול לאשר לשגרירות להזמין כל יום?

Noga-

We do not want to disrupt the lessons by boiling water in a kettle. There is a Dunkin Donuts in our office. Would it be possible for you to provide a budget for this expense and we will purchase boxes of coffee and tea each day and have the embassy reimburse us?

Noga-

We have just received an update regarding one of the days of the POOM program. On April 24, we will need to bring in a box lunch instead of having a per-diem.

Please feel free to pass on the information of the caterers so we do not have to bother you when these types of changes occur.

Best,

Noga-

In response to your questions regarding food for the POOM program:

1.      On the days that we have trips planned in the mornings, you can have the boxes delivered to the hotel. Please provide us the information of the caterer so that if there is a change, we can contact them.

2.      For the Gettysburg trip, we do not want to complicate matters so we have decided to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Please provide both jars of peanut butter and jars of jelly at the beginning of the program and we will be responsible for bringing it on the bus. JINSA will also be responsible for the bread.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
