1. I’ll have the caterer increase the number of beverages to 100 and send a new bid.  I’ll have her remove the note about provided by the client – that is an error.

2. The caterer will need a copy of your tax exempt certificate.

3. The caterer will be providing the equipment and set up for everything.

4. Paying two days in advance is fine.

Attach is the relevant proposal but I have some questions about it:

1.       The beverages – on page 3 it’s written assorted canned soda – how many canned soda? We will need at least 100.

On page 4- it’s written beverages – to be provided by the client ??

2.       Sales tax – we are tax exempt.

3.       The equipment – just want to be sure that the  catering is providing the equipment and set up the food for our delegation.

4.       Payment -  we would like to pay the full amount 2 days before the event and not to pay the deposit.

Please let me know what you think and send me an updated proposal.
