I've CCed the lead guide for your National Mall plus MLK and FDR Memorials tour, Becca. She is away at the moment but she'll get back to you to confirm details and her contact information in the next day or so.

For meeting location:

If you're arriving on foot, you'll meet at the SW corner of 15th and Constitution Ave NW. The corner closest to the Washington Monument.

If you're arriving on coach, the guide will meet you at the WWII Memorial Bus Drop Off on 17th St southbound. Just be sure to let the guide know what the coach looks like!
