I hope all is well. I have attached the event orders with just the set up noting that the breakfast is included in your room rate. Please let me know if I can assist with anything else.

 

In regards to a point of contact for Friday the caterer can let our front desk know they are here to see Pilar. She is our food & beverage manager or if you would prefer, I will also be available to receive the food and wine for your group. I will let our front desk know as well to expect your caterers on Friday around noon.
