Hello Dana,

 

Good news; I do have the two rooms checking in tonight at the group rate of $247/$307.

 

I understand Jamie revised the BEO and sent over to include the beverages.  Please return the signed banquet event order (BEO) today.   We can not move forward with the dinner without these.

 

Unfortunately, because we did not receive 50% deposit prior to arrival, we will need each guest to provide their credit card at check-in.  This will cause an extreme delay at check-in which will be an inconvenience for the guests therefore, we have two options, either use the credit card on file for room/tax and catering charges or provide the check or wire transfer today when we meet at 3pm.

 

Please let me know your thoughts.
