Thank you so much for giving me a call. As discussed there will be a charge $75 for today’s breakfast. We were able to provide bread, vegetables, and cream cheeses. Moving forward for Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will provide bread, vegetables, bagels and cream cheese at $2 extra per person.

I will be informing our accountant to make the proper adjustments in the billing.
