Please call toll free 1-888-546-6988 from your flight's baggage claim area after retrieving your luggage. The dispatcher will advise you to proceed outside in the middle lane and wait for your vehicle. License plate and description of the vehicle will be given to you at the time of the call. TERMINAL 1 - pick up will be at exit door 1D middle lane; TERMINAL 2 - pick up will be at exit door 2C middle lane; TERMINAL 3 - pick up will be at exit door 3D middle lane.

Will Call - Midway (MDW) Airport
Please call toll free 1-888-546-6988 from your flight's baggage claim area after retrieving your luggage. The dispatcher will advise you to proceed outside to the middle lane outside exit door 2 and wait for your vehicle. A license plate number and description of the vehicle will be given to you at the time of the call.

Meet and Greet with SIGN for DOMESTIC flights - O'Hare (ORD) Airport:
If you have ordered meet and greet services for O'Hare (ORD) domestic flights, for arrivals at Terminals 1, 2 and 3, please note that a greeter agent with sign will be waiting for your party in the lower level baggage claim area near the assigned flight's baggage claim carousel.

Meet and Greet with SIGN - Midway (MDW) Airport:
If you have ordered meet and greet services for Midway (MDW) arrival, please note that a meet and greet agent with sign will be located at the bottom of the main escalator near lower level baggage claim.

Meet and Greet with SIGN for INTERNATIONAL flights - O'Hare (ORD) Airport:
If you are arriving at O'Hare (ORD) International Terminal 5 please note that once you exit the U.S. Customs area, the meet and greet agent with a sign will be standing by the information booth located in-between U.S. Customs exit doors A and B.
