A playful whale breached extremely close to a boat in New Jersey on June 22 as the passengers were filming.Paul Ziolkowski, who goes by Pauly Walnuts on Facebook, was out boating a mile off the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, on the border of New York and New Jersey, when a huge Humpback Whale breached tremendously close to the boat.
