Tiffany Johnson, a North Carolina mother of three, is speaking out after she lost part of her arm in a terrifying encounter with a shark. She tells NBC’s Kerry Sanders that she thought, “I’m not going to die here.” She adds that, despite the loss of a limb, “I’m alive, so I’m grateful for that.”
