Justin Theroux is going to court with a neighbor, who’s unhappy about renovations that he and Jennifer Aniston are making to their Greenwich Village apartment, according to TMZ.com. TMZ claims that an unnamed downstairs neighbor has demanded that the couple spends up to $30,000 to upgrade the soundproofing in their lower Manhattan pad and has threatened to “cut the water and electricity” that runs to the couple’s rooftop deck. The lower-level neighbor has also allegedly been harassing construction workers and ruin the ivy that runs along the exterior walls. According to TMZ, Theroux also alleges that his neighbor “threatened to set off a PR nightmare” against him and his “Friends” star wife if the troubles continue. The site claims that Theroux is suing for $350,000 in punitive damages. That sure would buy a nice pair of speakers.
