I am attaching the final (or at least the latest) version of the conference program.

 

Airline tickets will be ordered by the HDF travel section in accordance with the schedule you requested. The HDF shall provide transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, so when you arrive please be on the lookout for someone holding a sign with your name on it.

 

Please, remember, we have an ice-breaker on 6 Nov at 18.30 in the guest house dining room. Dress: smart casual. Some flights arrive after the ice-breaker starts, but maybe you will still have the time for a drink with the other speakers, organizers and sponsors.
