Alex,

That's understood here and we're at a "wait, out" from Joint Staff for FY18.
Not sure specifically what the question is from IDF beyond that and I'm
comfortable delivering that message tomorrow if we have a VTC.  If I'm not
mistaken, you're local down there and may be able to answer questions in
person if they come up.   We're on our butts here with very unstable nipr
which makes life interesting for year-end activities.  

For Shahar and Benzi,
We're working the JC18 outstanding bills and are waiting for the Joint Staff
to finalize the budget close out.  We are optimistic that these bills will
be covered but it may take time.  Apologies for the delay and our unstable
communications.  

We still owe you a USAREUR answer on live training and I'm working with them
to give you an answer or status of the answer.

USAFE does not have any FY18 funds to apply to the ACSA's.  We were awaiting
word from You if EUCOM J7 could help with the requirements.

Gentlemen,

We had a point-to-point with the team down south this past Thursday and
there were two follow on items needing your inputs.  I tabled them till this
week and request your participation.

Two questions are:

1. USAREUR livex decisions.  There may be some partner reactions to whatever
the current thinking is at USAREUR so please let us know what you're going
to deliver before Thursday
2. USAFE ACSA statuses- I believe this is the -18 and current ongoing ones.
