The 19-year-old actress took to Twitter to slam “Inside Edition” for airing an interview with her estranged mother Crystal Workman, who said her own daughter was lying about their relationship, but in the same interview shared that she wanted to reconnect. “If someone loves and cares about you, they tell you to your face and are right beside you, not on television telling everyone else,” Winter wrote on Wednesday.
