The JC22 TTX has been scheduled and the J3 guys are working the particulars.  I'll be taking care of you all with regards to logistics.  In preparation, I'll need a few things no later than 19 December:

1.  (Security Memo):  I'll need a security memo, like the one attached, that contains all the names/info of those attending. 
2. (Passports):  I'll need a copy of everyone's passport to facilitate entry onto Patch Barracks
3. If you are bringing more than 12 people, you will need to coordinate, get approval and forward me the response from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

*Combined AO Rehearsal is 25 Jan.  I'd recommend all the AOs arrive in Stuttgart on the afternoon/evening of 24 Jan.
*Combined GO/FO TTX is 26 Jan. I'd recommend all the GO/FO's arrive in Stuttgart the afternoon/evening of 25 Jan.

I would recommend everyone stay at the Pullman Hotel in Vaihingen (https://all.accor.com/hotel/5425/index.de.shtml?utm_campaign=seo+maps&utm_medium=seo+maps&utm_source=google+Maps).  It is the closest hotel to Patch Barracks and traffic, due to road construction, is terrible in Stuttgart right now.
