I would appreciate your assistance in letting us know the correct address for the Ministry of Defence Israel listed on the tuition invoices for the Navy officers who attended the Israel National Defense College.

 

There is not an address on the invoices and there are multiple address found on the web.  Mr. Brian Legan (copied above) our financial specialist needs this information so he can process the invoices for payment through DFAS.

Thank you for the POC information for the invoices we already have. 

 

It would be great if all the necessary information was included on future invoices.

 

The invoice needs to be in English and include the following information: invoice number, school’s information (name, address, point of contact), name of the U.S. Navy Officer attending, dates of attendance, banking wire-transfer information (name of bank, address, account name, account number, ABA routing number, and SWIFT code), and Federal Employer ID Number (if applicable) so that it can be processed through DFAS for payment to the school.

It appears that these invoices were not provided to us for payment of the tuition of our Navy officers, CDR James Lembo who attended from Jun 2016 – Jun 2017 and CDR Nicolas Marusich who attended from Jun 2012 – Jun 2013.

 

Our finance office will need an invoice for the tuition expenses for CAPT Rob Sinram for the upcoming course.

 

I will let you know if our finance office needs any additional information (did not notice a poc on the invoice) to process for payment through DFAS for these outstanding invoices for the two Navy officers.

Attached are bills related to INDC participation and tuition from the Ministry of Defense, Government of Israel. I noticed in here a bill for Jim Lembo, who attended from 2016-2017. Are you able to follow-up on these? If not, do you know who would be able to? (Marine and Air Force bills have been forwarded to those Departments.)
