I will be happy to provide all that information when I have it. I am still waiting on my passport to get returned to me and then I need to apply for the Visa. It is unlikely, I will arrive on 15 July which I was hoping to. I will quarantine at the residence the Embassy provides. Depending on my arrival the housing assignment could change. I will keep you posted.

Good afternoon Rob,

Before you come, we just need to tie up some lose ends. We kindly ask you to send us a scan of your passport along with your flight confirmation, the address of where you will live, where you will spend your two weeks in quarantine and your future Israeli phone number (if you choose to have one).

In addition, according to the ministry of health it is necessary to fill out a form a few days before you travel. The link will be attached in the end of the e-mail.
