Good afternoon,
Apologies for the delayed response, I was out of office for most of this morning.
I understand that MAJ Gal has spoken with you over the phone this morning regarding a few of the matters written in the below emails. So I'll just recap and answer some issues
that weren't answered on the phone call.

LTC Bauer and his partner have permission from the MFA to enter the country. We will send him and email with a signed letter from the INDC stating the purpose of his trip in case there are any issues.

People on our team have been in contact with Mrs. Avital. We will drop off the basket in the late afternoon.

Unfortunately, LTC Matan will also not be able to give them a ride to the apartment due to restrictions. He is only able to greet them at the airport and make sure they enter the country without any issues.
