1. What is the mailing address for the MOD?

2. In your email below, you indicated " Otsar La-Chayal bank". On the
invoice for LtCol Timothy Scott (attached), this is listed as "OTSAR
HA-HAYAL LTD BANK 14". Is the spelling change significant?

I would firstly like to apologize for the way that this matter has been
dealt with until now, we are in the process of fixing that. For the time
being, I will be your POC at the INDC.

I have attached here all the invoices that the IMOD told us has yet to
been paid, I will send you next year's asap.

We would appreciate it if you can send the payments to the NY account
which will then be sent to the IMOD's israeli account. Please note that
Otsar La-Chayal bank has been purchased by Bank Benleumi, so you may
receive a different swift code then what is written on the invoice.

Thank you for reaching out and establishing contact. I will be the point
of contact for all. I will share that we've been "chasing" this payment
of tuitions for a couple of years involving the US Marine DAO and the
Israeli International Student Coordinator. Therefore, having your direct
contact information is helpful.

I received a series of present (LtCol Michael Smith--invoice received
attached) and past USMC students (four others, as I recall). We will
process soonest. Perhaps you can assist in the procedure. In the past,
I've asked for an account number for the US Bank (NY Bank) so that
payments could be made directly. Some past invoices did not, as I recall,
have an account number provided for either the Israeli nor US banks. All
the recently provided invoices have account numbers for the Israeli bank.

While I'm checking with my financial team, the question for us is should
payments go directly to the Israeli bank or should they go via the US
bank. Once I have the proper procedure down, we'll process payments.

National Defense College.

I've received your contact information from LtCol Smith who's currently at
the INDC . I understand that you are taking care of the payment of this
and last year's students. I just have some questions on this matter:

1.      Will you be taking care of the payment for both students this
year? Or just LtCol Smith?
2.      Are you also the POC for the payment of tuition fees prior to
2018? If not, would you be able to tell us who is taking care of this
matter?

Please let me know if you are missing any material so we can take care of
this as quickly as possible.
