Related point is that we received a draft MOU.  I've coordinated with our
Attaché and indicated that additional work would be required before we could
get such an agreement signed.  It relates to legal matters and committing US
Government funds.   I am pursuing additional coordination on this at
Headquarter, Marine Corps.

In that regard, was there a formal invitation to attend the course for this
coming academic year?  Normally those go to the Joint Chiefs of Staff
(Chairman).  They may or may not make their way down to MCU.  If you can dig
up a copy, that would be appreciated.  As always, we appreciate the
opportunity to join with the NDC each year.

Hope all is well.

Regarding the payment for this year's students - I just received word from
the Navy that they will be taking care of their students' tuition fees. I
understood from our previous exchange that you intended to take care of the
fees for all corps via the USMWC. I'll forward the relevant invoices to to
our POC in the Navy.

Additionally, I seem to have two email addresses belonging to you. Do you
have a preference as to which one to use?

Please find attached the invoices for the students of this upcoming class of
the INDC.
The IMOD has instructed us that we can only accept participants after we
received confirmation that their respective militaries have paid. Therefore
we will appreciate it if you will be able to take care of this matter by
July 7th, 2020.

Additionaly, is there an update regarding past years' payments? Is there any
way we can help with that?
