Thank you for the information about the Summer Course for the 2020-2021 academic year at the INDC. I have informed my Head Quarters of the same. At present our country is in lock-down (restrictions in the wake of COVID 19) and all international flights out of the country are temporarily suspended. The restrictions are being eased in a graduated manner from 01 June 2020. In the first phase the domestic flights have now commenced in graduated manner from 25 May 20.The opening up of international air flights is planned in Phase III of the easing of restrictions. Decision with respect to resumption of international flights will be taken by the Government of India based on the assessment of the situation panning out of the pandemic post easing of restrictions from 01 June 2020 . As soon as I get any intimation on the resumption of international flights I shall forward the details as requested by you.

In addition, may I request you to forward the joining instructions to process my documentation and clearances at this end. Also any specific inoculation/medical test, or documents that maybe required may please be intimated so that this time is utilized for preparing for the same. Looking forward from an early response.

We are writing to inform you that the Summer Course for the 2020-2021 academic year at the INDC will start on July 20th. At present, the Government of Israel maintains a requirement for all foreign visitors to undergo a two-week quarantine period upon arrival. Given this, we recommend that flights be scheduled for the intended participants to arrive in Israel no later than July 5th.

The Summer Course is extremely valuable for the international participants’ introduction to Israel, and as such, the Commandant of the Israel Military Colleges, MG Itai Veruv, expects that every effort be made to allow participants the necessary time to quarantine in Israel prior to the beginning of the course on the 20th. We are hopeful that you are able to join us on time for the course.

We would appreciate it if you could kindly forward us your flight information as soon as possible, including date and time of departure from home country, details of layovers, flights numbers, and the date and time of expected arrival at Ben-Gurion Airport. This will allow us to prepare for your arrival at Israel as well as for the Summer Course.
