Good afternoon,

 

  1. The agreement can be sign by the Defense Attache. There is no issue with that.
  2. This contract is not new development. However, up until this year there has not been a solid process for this. As of now, the IMoD expects every Attache to sign it prior to the arrival of their officer to the INDC.
  3. It is acceptable by the INDC. We just request to keep us updated so we can report our supperors on this matter.

Greetings of the Day!!



1.  Please refer to the trailing mail.

2.  Please reconfirm, if the agreement is to be signed by Brig Trivedi or it can be signed by the Defence Attache. The doubt has arisen because in the email you have written that Defence Attache to sign the agreement but in the 'agreement'  name of Brig Trivedi is written.  We suggest that the Defence Attache be permitted to sign the agreement.

3. Though we have no objection in signing the 'agreement', May i know if requirement of 'agreement' is new development as it was never asked for previous INDC courses.

4.  The government sanction is being sought for the participation of Brig Trivedi for 48th INDC  but it may take some time as things are getting delayed due to panademic Covid -19 in India.  We would do our best to pay the course fee before 05 Jul 20.  However due to uncertainties caused due to Covid-19, there may be little delay, however the course fee will be definitely paid within 10 days from  the arrival of Brig Trivedi in Israel.  Hope this acceptable to INDC.

Dear Gp Capt Krishnan

 

Prior to the arrival of Brigadier Trivedi, the IMOD has requested that the attaché sign the attached agreement. The agreement covers the responsibilities of the INDC and the attaché over the course of the INDC 48th class.

 

Please note that we will not be able to accept Brigadier Trivedi to the INDC without a signed copy and confirmation of payment. The invoice is also attached.

We will appreciate it if we can get confirmation about the agreement and payment by 05/07/2020/
