Dear CAPT Strosin,

This is Andrew Braverman from the Foreign Affairs Desk at the Israel National Defense College.

Prior to the expected arrival of CAPT Sinram at the INDC in July, the IMoD has requested that the attaché sign the attached agreement. This agreement covers the responsibilities of both the INDC and the attaché over the course of the INDC 48th class.

Please note that we will not be able to accept CAPT Sinram to the INDC without a signed copy of the above agreement.

Regarding the tuition fee for this upcoming school year, we have sent the invoice to Col Cooper from the Marine War College. It is my understanding that he is person who takes care of the tuition fees.
