Thank you for bringing our attention to this issue.

After checking with my superiors, there is no need to sign this contract again.
Regarding the payment, would you able to send the it to the account written in the "Implementing Arrangement between the ITMoD and the ISRMoD" without needing another invoice? The receipt which we will send you will contain the bank information written in your contract.

I would like to inform you that:

§  The so called “Implementing Arrangement between the IT MoD and the ISR MoD” for the attendance of  INDC was already signed (22nd April 2020) and is still valid (please find attached a digital copy of the arrangement). So there is no need to sign something else;

§  According to the mentioned above document (pag. 6):

Dear Col. Guido,

 

Prior to the arrival of COL Mandolesi, the IMOD has requested that the attaché sign the attached agreement. The agreement covers the responsibilities of the INDC and the attaché over the course of the INDC 48th class.

 

Please note that we will not be able to accept COL Mandolesi to the INDC without a signed copy and confirmation of payment. The invoice is also attached.
