שחר יקר,

בתאריך 04.04.17 נקיים יום העמקה בנושא התכנון האסטרטגי בצה"ל. הלימוד לעניין זה מתקיים במסגרת ציר ההגנה הלאומית ובמסגרת לימודי האסטרטגיה במב"ל.

במהלך היום נשמע את הרצאותיהם של ראש החטיבה האסטרטגית באג"ת ושל ראש אג"ת, ולאחר סיכום קצר של האלוף נסיים את היום בעיבודים צוותיים בראשות המדריכים.

לקראת היום האמור, אני מעביר לעיונכם מספר חומרי קריאה:

1. שמעון פרס - הערות לחשיבות התכנון (מתוך ספרו "השלב הבא", 1965) - קריאת חובה לישראלים;

דרך אגב, זה גם מאמר מומלץ להתנסות המסכמת, עוסק בדרך לטיפול בבעיות זדוניות (wicked problems).
