I just received follow up with our chef. We are more than able to accommodate kosher meals for Thursday lunch and dinner on the 18^th. I have the following information with what each case contains.

 

1 EACH OF THE FOLLOWING IN EACH CASE:

SALISBURY STEAK

YANKEE STYLE POT ROAST-BEEF

MEATBALLS & SPAGHETTI

ROAST TURKEY BREAST

 

Please let me know if you would like to proceed with us providing 14 meals for Thursday and 7 meals for the dinner on the 19^th.

Good Morning Dana,

 

I hope you had a good weekend! I received information over the weekend regarding the wine, challah and the kosher meals.

 

We are able to provide challah bread for $4 per loaf on each table.

The wine would be $20 per head both for kosher wine and for any of the wines that we have in house. Regarding the kosher meals we are able to have the frozen meals shipped from one of our vendor and the pricing would still be the same at $75 per head.

 

I have followed up with our chef to get the exact selection of the kosher meals and will have a follow up response by the end of day today.

I have an update for our dinner  - due to our religious students we will need 7 Kosher serving of dinner that would be served together with the dinner in the hotel.

Also we would like to have 2 challah for Shabbat on each table and wine for Kiddush.

I really appreciate if you could help us with these needs with the Kosher catering.

I was able to touch base with our food & beverage director we would be able to include, soda, mineral/bottled water and ice tea with the dinner at $78 per head. We can provide wine service as well for $20 per head for both red and white wines.
