I hope you had a great weekend. Apologize for the slight delay; I wanted to track both of our chefs down to get a menu from Fornetto Mei and Mei’s Corner. I have the following for you to look over. If there are any questions or specific requests regarding any of our plates please feel free to reach out and I would be happy to assist!

Vietnamese Spring Rolls~ Cold rice paper wrap with cabbage, basil, carrots sprouts and vermicelli with a peanut hoisin sause

Moo Goo Gai Pan ~ sauté chicken breast, peapods, mushroom celery, water chestnut on a light sauce

General Tso’s Chicken ~ breaded chicken, bell peppers and baby corn, tossed in a tangy szechuan sauce

We will need your help in building us a special menu for Friday dinner.

We have some restrictions like: no pork and bacon, no meat and cheese and no sea food.

Hello Dana,

 

As per our conversation you are interested in doing a buffet from our menu instead of a catered Kosher meal on Friday May 19th.

 

I would like to introduce you Jamie Gonzalez our catering manager who will assist with all your F/B needs.

 

The room rental of $1,200.00 will be waived with a F/B minimum order of $2500.00.
