Thanks so much to all of you who helped make the visit by the delegation from Israel’s National Defense College to Chicago such a tremendous success! They expressed great admiration and appreciation for the work you all do, as well as the time you were willing to take out of your busy schedules to meet with the group.

Israel's National Defense College- MABAL visits Chicago    Israel's national defense college, MABAL, visited Chicago for the second year in a row to learn about the factors that influence America's national security and economic policy.   They visited the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Bright Star Community Outreach Center in Bronzeville, Chicago Police Headquarters, U. of Chicago Booth School, U. of Chicago Hillel; the Jewish Federation, Nucor Steel (see photo at right), and met with Mayor Rahm Emanuel.    Consul General Aviv Ezra and Einat Ezra also graciously hosted a reception at their residence with MABAL.    See a short video about their visit here   <image008.jpg>
