A Sumatran tiger cub is about to meet his new best friend. Shortly after birth, the cub's mother stopped producing milk and started acting aggressively toward the little one. He's being transferred from the National Zoo in Washington, D.C. to the San Diego Zoo to meet another cub that made headlines after police say a teenager tried to smuggle him in from Mexico.
