I'm MAJ Gal Balas, Head of the ISMO and Foreign Relations Desk at the Israel National Defense College.

In light of COVID-19, we have made necessary amendments to to the participation of international officers. The changes have been kindly attached for your review.

In addition, I would be grateful if you can send us the names and requisite information of the officers slated to participate in the 2020-2021 course. We would like to begin preparing for their arrival.

Please kindly update regarding to any changes or updates in the status of previous years tuition fees. We will not be able to accept next year's participants before dealing with this.
