Thank you for reaching out and establishing contact.  I will be the point
of contact for all.  I will share that we've been "chasing" this payment
of tuitions for a couple of years involving the US Marine DAO and the
Israeli International Student Coordinator.  Therefore, having your direct
contact information is helpful.

I received a series of present (LtCol Michael Smith--invoice received
attached) and past USMC students (four others, as I recall).  We will
process soonest.  Perhaps you can assist in the procedure.  In the past,
I've asked for an account number for the US Bank (NY Bank) so that
payments could be made directly.  Some past invoices did not, as I recall,
have an account number provided for either the Israeli nor US banks.  All
the recently provided invoices have account numbers for the Israeli bank.

While I'm checking with my financial team, the question for us is should
payments go directly to the Israeli bank or should they go via the US
bank.  Once I have the proper procedure down, we'll process payments.

This is SGT Braverman from the Foreign Affairs desk here at the Israel
National Defense College.

I've received your contact information from LtCol Smith who's currently at
the INDC . I understand that you are taking care of the payment of this
and last year's students. I just have some questions on this matter:

1.      Will you be taking care of the payment for both students this
year? Or just LtCol Smith?
2.      Are you also the POC for the payment of tuition fees prior to
2018? If not, would you be able to tell us who is taking care of this
matter?

Please let me know if you are missing any material so we can take care of
this as quickly as possible.
