Subject : Payment of the INDC Tuition Fees

Dear Col Cooper,

This is SGT Braverman from the Foreign Affairs desk here at the Israel National Defense College.

I've received your contact information from LtCol Smith who's currently at the INDC . I understand that you are taking care of the payment of this and last year's students. I just have some questions on this matter:
  1. Will you be taking care of the payment for both students this year? Or just LtCol Smith?
  2. Are you also the POC for the payment of tuition fees prior to 2018? If not, would you be able to tell us who is taking care of this matter?
Please let me know if you are missing any material so we can take care of this as quickly as possible.
