Dear Marty,

Thank you for the officers' information. I'll pass it on to the MOD to start preparing for their hopeful arrival.

Regarding the tuition fees – I've had the chance to talk to most of the attaches regarding this matter. According to the MOD there is an accumulating sum owed by foreign militaries for sending officers to the INDC. I've attached invoices for the years in which there are outstanding tuition fees due to the MOD, including the year of 2019-2020.

Unfortunately, the MOD will no longer allow accept officers to the INDC before the fees are paid or a written commitment to payment is provided. Our goal is to collect previous years' fees by the end of this month. By the end of June the MOD would like to have this year's tuition fee.

I kindly ask for your assistance in this matter and in forwarding the invoices to the proper contacts.

I'm MAJ Gal Balas, Head of the ISMO and Foreign Relations Desk at the Israel National Defense College.

In light of COVID-19, we have made necessary ammendments to to the participation of international officers. The changes have been kindly attached for your review.

In addition, I would be grateful if you can send us the names and requisite information of the officers slated to partcipate in the 2020-2021 course. We would like to begin preparing for their arrival.

Please kindly update regarding to any changes or updates in the status of previous years tuition fees. We will not be able to accept next year's participants before dealing with this.
