Thanks for reaching out. I am looking forward to both the summer program and the regular course. I am not sure if you are aware but US personnel are not allowed to arrive prior to 15 July and are expecting a 14 day quarantine. My plan is to arrive on 15 July and start the quarantine that day if able. Hopefully, things improve and the quarantine is lifted by then.

My name is MAJ Gal Balas and I am the head of the International Student Management Office (ISMO) at the INDC.
