In order to release your  goods  from customs , we need you to complete the attached Declaration of  Person Effects  Import.      This will determine the  custom duties to be paid.

 

My suggestion is to  put minimum   values.     Do your best to   declare     $450.00

 

After  we receive the   forms  completed we will   arrange the custom clearance  and the transfer to Ashdod

 

Once completed  we  will notify you as to when you can  come to  Ashdod to  inspect your goods.

 

This will take a  few days.
