MAJ Orwin, sorry for the delay. We have determined that I am not the best
candidate for this, mostly because we are not Wargamers here at JMSC and I
have no experience with Wargaming. Having spoken with COL Siboni, War Gaming
is clearly his focus for this event. That said, I have passed this information
to LTC Thomas Tabaka, Chief of Wargaming at USEUCOM J7 to see if he has
interest in this event.

Forces (IDF) will be hosting an "Operational Simulation" conference here 12-14
November. They are seeking international participants with deep experience in
the field. I understand from Mr. Mike McCarthy--who we've invited as
well--that you are such an expert.
