By the way, I am enclosing the invitation to this year’s International Concept Development and Experimentation Conference, which will be in Madrid 29-31 October. If you are traveling in November, perhaps you could incorporate this event into your plans.
Then US is not co-hosting this year, but we do plan to attend, and are working to have one of our J-7 Vice Directors present.
