I would like to inform that the National Guard of Cyprus, after examining the replies you have given me recently in relation to the November Summit, has decided to send three representatives to attend the event.
I know you set the registration deadline on August 1st, so I'd like to know:

a. Will you accept the participants' participation from Cyprus? (As I understand it is crucial for as to participate us NG is thinking of proceeding in bilateral cooperation on the subject).  
b. What are the elements needed to complete their registration?

I'm writing to you concerning the upcoming International Military Operation Simulation Summit that is expected to take place this coming November. 

 

As we get closer to the event we would like to start finalizing the details of all attendees expected to participate. 

 

Attached you will find additional details regarding the Summit, a copy of the Brochure for the event as well as a Draft Agenda. For your convenience, there is an additional hard copy of these documents in your mailboxes at Camp Aviv.
