As Mr Weter suggested in his recent e-mail to you, there is always the option to visit the U.S. Government Joint Staff/ J7 facility in the Suffolk, Virginia. If that is not possible, I am willing to help start a conversation with you and your organization in any of the following ways:
a. I will be happy to setup a teleconference via Skype at anytime that meets your needs. Please do not worry about any time difference. I am traveling so much in support of JTLS-GO events that the time of day make little difference to me.
b. You are invited to the JTLS International User Conference (IUC) scheduled to be held in Monterey, California on Wednesday 4 September and Thursday 5 September. Friday 6 September is reserved for one-on-one
detailed discussions with attendees. At this conference you will be able to talk to other international users and the model developers to learn about the current capabilities and the future plans for JTLS-GO
c. Another option for a face-to-face meeting with me and an opportunity to observe a fully functioning version of JTLS-GO is the upcoming North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Computer Aided Analysis,
Exercise and Experimentation (CA2X2) Forum. The Forum will be held this year in Paris, France on September 24, 25, and 26. Both Dr Roland and I will be attending the Forum and I will have plenty of time to demonstrate JTLS-GO and discuss its capabilities with
you or your staff.
d. I am willing to e-mail answers to any questions that you may have about JTLS-GO. If you have not done so yet, I would suggest that you download the Executive Overview from our web site www.rolands.com. This is the only document for which we have unlimited U.S. Government permission to release worldwide. Although the JTLS-GO software is an unclassified system, it does fall under U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires an export license to provide any other documentation. The software may be unclassified, but the system is run at the highest classification levels by U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) users. The database built to represent a given scenario and force structure makes the system classified.
If none of these options meet your needs, I am open to any suggestions that you may have.
Thank you for your interest in JTLS-GO.

Mr. Weter and Mr. Hose,
As part of the 1stOperational Simulation Summit team, it is my pleasure to officially invite you to attend and perhaps deliver a presentation at our event event taking place in Tel-Aviv, Israel, on 12-14-November 2019.
OSS2019 is organized and run by the Israel Defense Forces, driven by innovation and emerging ideas from esteemed military and industry thought leaders and stakeholders within the simulation, modeling and training communities.
The Summit, running for the first time, is a platform for mutual learning and knowledge sharing between the different institutes and offices, will aim to establish an International community for ongoing information exchange and mutual
learning and a base for further cooperation and engagements - We expect various officials, General and Flag officers and project managers to attend this event – Domestic and International.
This year’s program will aim to focus on the challenges in predicting outcomes on the battlefield, the challenges to force design, OPLAN development, methodologies and innovation
As this is a military event, we have eliminated any registration fees to eradicate the financial burden of participating in the summit, in accordance with the Israeli law. With this in mind, I invite you to allow any officer from your organization to participate in the summit so that they have an opportunity to learn, share and connect with their International counterparts on matters critical to their daily duties
I would love to jump on a quick phone call with one, or both of you, to discuss this opportunity. We believe that the JTLS and the IDF-Operational Concepts Lab have much to discuss, learn and cooperate.
v/r
