While waiting to Mr. McCarthy email, can you please clarify for me what is his role? That will help me to understad if and how he can contribute to our Summit as a lecturer or as a participant in one of the panels that we will conduct​. I understand that he belongs to the Army Futures Command. On one place I saw the he is Chief, Plans and Operations, Network Cross-Functional Team and on another place I saw that he is Deputy to the Chief of Staff - Futures Capabilities Center ( his Linkdin profile ). Any organizational chart you can provide me will help.​

        Greetings. The IDF has provided us additional detail about the 12-14 November Military Operational Simulation Summit. I've attached the documents.

        In addition, they'd like to connect you with COL Tal Raz, a senior researcher who is helping to lead the conference, to discuss some aspects of the summit beforehand.

        Please feel free to go direct to COL Raz (he is cc'd to discuss the conference), while keeping me cc'd. I and our embassy team are here, as usual, to support your visit.

        Finally, as you and I discussed, please feel free to publicize the conference within the broader M&S community. We've tried to do that ourselves, and it looks so far like there may be USMC and/or EUCOM participation.

        Participant list must be finalized NLT 1 Aug.
