Benzi,

1. Fill out the attached lodging spreadsheet and sent it back to me.

2. Send Scott Page (on the CC line) a list of people needing base access. He must have Rank, Last Name, First Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Passport Number.

3. Send me a "Security Clearance Memo" like the one attached. It must be signed and in a PDF format.

4. For the PX & Commissary cards, complete the "MSEL 2 TAC Request" spreadsheet attached. You can only put 12 names on the list. Fill in the Rank, Last Name, First Name, Passport Number, Country. Send this to Scott Page.
