Dear Benzi,

I tried again last week to get a commitment from the Dutch GF for a participation but I’m sorry to say it didn’t work out. They already committed to the IDF Training Seminar and the Ground Forces Doctrine Conference. We will also not be able to be present ourselves as I’m in the Netherlands for the annual Attache Conference and my deputy is committed to the visit of our Air Force Commander to the IAF Blue Flag DV-day on the 12^th of November.

I'm writing to you concerning the upcoming International Military Operation Simulation Summit that is expected to take place this coming November.

As we get closer to the event we would like to start finalizing the details of all attendees expected to participate.
